New Member Sign In | Existing Member Sign In | General Instructions Provided courtesy of SSHC, WEBicity Design and Cyberchute Hosting We are asking that everyone help spread the word to the Agriculture centers, boarding stables, state and county parks, show grounds, large farms and other facilities in your area. Tell them where the site is and urge them to make the information about their facility available as soon as possible. We hope gather this information before any storms get close enough to Florida to cause problems. It is hoped that the next time we have an emergency, instead of a dozen web sites supplying pieces of information that we can have one recognized accessible central location for finding current and complete information. INSTRUCTIONS: |
If you have space that could be made available for evacuees (horses) please click on "new member". Please make note of the user
name and password you select so that you will be able to return to update
or modify the information at a later date. It might be wise to store
the name and password in more than one location for safety. |
You will next be presented with a screen asking for a user name and password. Please remember the name and password you enter so that you can update the information about your facility later. When you click the "instantmember" button you will be taken to a page for filling in the information that will be needed in case of emergency. |

If you make a mistake, simply
click on "add" to store the revised information. |

When you return to the site to update your information, go to the "Existing Member" screen , fill in the user name and password that you wrote down from the first time, and when you reach the information screen, simply click on "Search/Modify" to locate your file. Your file is the only record that will be retrieved. When your file is displayed, click on the blue text and you will be taken to a screen for updating or changing the information about your facility. You will only be allowed to modify your own record data and no one else will be able to change your record data, although in some cases the site administrator may make minor corrections to your data file.
